The journey.
Every step shaped what came next. The detours mattered. The setbacks built something.
What follows is not a CV. It is a record of what was learned and what cost what.
Year by year
First Professional Role — Full Stack Developer
Started at ItSoulInfotech as a Full Stack Developer. Building real products taught me what software actually has to do versus what tutorials say it does.
Began Corporate Training & Workshops
Started delivering AI and Data Science workshops alongside development work. The classroom turned out to be the most rewarding room in the building.
Pivoted into ML — Machine Learning Engineer
Joined Rejoicehub Solutions. Shipped my first production ML systems: NLP pipelines, transformer-based models, and the realization that production ML is mostly engineering.
CTO & Senior Data Scientist at Broader AI
Took on technology leadership. Built and led a data science team, defined the AI roadmap, and shipped LLM and computer vision systems for clients.
Visiting Professor at Auro University
Began teaching advanced AI to graduate students. Designed curricula on LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic systems.
Gold Medalist — M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence
Graduated top of the class from Auro University with 9.40 CGPA. The medal mattered less than confirming the path.
Visiting Professor at Sarvajanik College
Expanded teaching across institutions. More students, deeper engagement with applied AI projects.
Founded YBAISolution
Launched my own AI training and consulting practice. The mission: translate research into hands-on, production-ready learning.
AI Consultant at Inkey IT Solutions
Built and led an AI team delivering Generative AI projects — chatbots, automation, custom GenAI systems for client engagements.
Senior Data Scientist & Project Manager at Pragnakalp
Stepped into a senior IC + leadership role. Architecting scalable AI systems, leading agentic AI initiatives, mentoring teams across projects.
What pressure made
Some chapters didn't go to plan. They became the most important ones.
Switching Tracks — From Web Dev to AI
I started as a Full Stack Developer. The work was good, but every interesting problem I encountered seemed to live just past where my skills stopped — in machine learning, in NLP, in systems that could actually understand things rather than just store and route them.
So I rebuilt the foundations. Self-studied. Took rigorous coursework. Pursued a Master's in AI. …
Building a Practice From Scratch
YBAISolution did not begin as a venture-backed launch. It began as a side commitment — one workshop, then two, then a few corporate engagements that turned into a practice.
The hard part was not the AI. It was choosing — which clients to work with, which problems were worth solving deeply, which to politely decline. Saying no to the wrong …
The pivots
First Production ML System
Shipped my first model that other people depended on at work. Permission to take the work seriously.
CTO Role at Broader AI
First time leading technology end-to-end. Strategy, hiring, architecture, delivery — all at once.
Gold Medal in AI
External validation that the rigor was real. More importantly, internal validation that the path made sense.
Founding YBAISolution
Stopped working on other people's missions full-time and started building my own.
"You will not get everything you want on the first try, the second try, or sometimes the tenth. But the practice — the daily, unglamorous practice — compounds. Trust it."
